At least 1 year of administrative experience
At least 1 year of e commerce experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel and Wordpress)
Exceptional customer service skills and confident telephone manner.
Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately and in a timely manner
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Strong written communication and numeracy skills
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Have excellent attention to detail
Ability to work with own initiative
