    We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills. We would like someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Answer calls to take orders and solve customer queries
    Printing orders for production. Adjusting stock levels and documenting goods in
    Helping with general operations.
    Maintaining confidential staff records and organising HR documentation
    Assisting with marketing procedures.
    Ad-hoc administrative tasks
    REQUIREMENTS
    At least 1 year of administrative experience
    At least 1 year of e commerce experience
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel and Wordpress)
    Exceptional customer service skills and confident telephone manner.
    Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately and in a timely manner
    Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
    Strong written communication and numeracy skills
    Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
    Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
    Have excellent attention to detail
    Ability to work with own initiative
    A "can do" attitude
