Our organic natural cacao powder is ground down from roasted cacao nibs. This process gives you powdered chocolate in its purest form. The beans are fermented and roasted in a careful process. This breaks down the phytates in the beans and gives them a roasted flavour, making our cacao powder perfect for delicious cakes.
