We stock a range of organic cacao butter and organic cacao paste which can be used for chocolate making.

Our organic natural cacao powder is ground down from roasted cacao nibs.  This process gives you powdered chocolate in its purest form.  The beans are fermented and roasted in a careful process.  This breaks down the phytates in the beans and gives them a roasted flavour,  making our cacao powder perfect for delicious cakes.

It is often referred to as ‘food of the gods’.  This is due to its rich taste and nutritional power. It contains over 300 chemically distinct compounds and is rich in plant polyphenols.  The most beneficial polyphenols are called flavonoids, these have an antioxidant action in the body.
