Our gluten free organic penne pasta is perfect for those who prefer an alternative to classic wheat pasta without having to give up on excellent flavour.

Our gluten free organic penne pasta is produced in the Piedmont countryside of central Italy where the fields are certified organic and only those who excel in organic production are awarded this certification.

Our pasta is traditionally produced with a slow drying process at low temperatures that maintains its exquisite flavour and ‘al dente’ texture after cooking.

Only local crops are selected and the best grains harvested  to ensure high nutritional standards and a perfect flavour.

Our pasta is produced in a natural and traditional manner. By adding only water, a highly digestible product is obtained that nourishes and has got a low glycaemic index.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil
  2. Add pasta
  3. Simmer for 12-14 min
