Organic Baking Powder and lightens your batters

Organic Baking Powder is made with a base of organic corn starch.  This natural bakers companion is GMO free and made with corn grown to the highest organic standards.

Baking powder is used to lighten batters and increase their volume which creates light fluffy cakes and muffins.  The natural reaction which occurs in the batter produces bubbles which gives height and a light texture to your mixtures.

To get the best from your baking powder add it at the end and give it a strong mix.  The next step is to get it in the oven quickly while the bubbles are still intact for the lightest, fluffiest bakes around.

Forest Whole Foods handle additional allergens as a result of supplier’s alibi labelling and they include:
