Our Organic Cocoa Powder is crafted from 100% certified organic cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao) that are carefully roasted, broken, and de-shelled. The beans are ground into cacao liquor and then pressed to remove the cacao butter. It is then alkalised to enhance the flavour, colour, and solubility. The resulting press cake is then finely pulverized into this smooth rich organic cacao powder.
The beans are fermented and roasted in a careful process. This breaks down the phytates in the beans and gives them a roasted flavour, making our cacao powder perfect for delicious cakes.  This premium organic cocoa powder delivers a deep, robust chocolate taste and a dark brown appearance.
