Organic Sun Dried Tomatoes make rich Italian sauces!
Organic Sun Dried Tomatoes are a great speciality product for giving your dishes that extra special flavour. These tomatoes are salted so they need to be soaked in water for 24 hours and then drained before use.
We recommend soaking them in water and then add them to organic olive oil with dried basil and oregano – this is a great shelf staple for adding to sauces and stews. These tasty tomatoes also make a great pizza topping or sandwich filling (with hummus and olives).
