Organic Vital Wheat Gluten Flour makes the perfect loaf

Our Organic Vital Wheat Gluten Flour is made by hydrating wheat flour and then extracting the protein/gluten. It is then dried and ground back into a flour.

Wheat gluten is popular in vegan and vegetarian diets  due to its high protein content. A popular food you can make with this product is ‘Seitan’ aka ‘wheat meat’.

Wheat crops are heavily sprayed so buying this product as organic is a good idea.

Our organic wheat gluten flour can also be added to help form and structure bread recipes which use low gluten flours such as organic rye flour, organic chestnut flour and organic almond flour.
