Organic Wheat Bran is the outermost layer of the grain that is typically removed when it is processed. Yet, it is rich in many minerals such as zinc and copper and a great source of fibre. It is obtained by sifting cleaned and milled wheat to produce a nutty, light golden brown flake.
It can be used alongside breadcrumbs to make breading batter for meat and fish, as a topping mix for cereals and yogurt and to add a crunchy texture to many baked goods.
