Looking for a calming bedtime drink or a tonic for those stressful moments? Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic adaptogenic herb which makes it the perfect antidote to a busy lifestyle. People have described its effect as making you feel ‘calm but clear’  If you haven’t tried Ayurvedic herbs Ashwagandha is a perfect one to start with as it has a mild taste and combines easily in a range of recipes.

In Ayurveda ashwagandha is often referred to as the ginseng of Ayurveda.  These coveted properties make it the perfect herb for the busy lifestyles we lead in today’s world.

Our pure, organic ashwagandha is ground down from the whole root and has nothing added.  It has a characteristic aromatic smell/flavour and mixes easily into juices and smoothies.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Gently warm the almond milk
  2. Once hot remove from heat
  3. Add beetroot, ashwagandha & coconut sugar
  4. Whisk well
  5. Enjoy from your favourite mug
