Parfait Pot Recipe

Looking for a new sweet treat to replace chocolate or cakes in the evening? You have come to the right place.

If you want a parfait pot recipe which looks pretty, is full of flavour and free from animal products then you have found it.

This delightful dessert combines the rich nutrients from fresh fruit, sweet potato, nut milk and the powerful herbs turmeric and black pepper.  This truly is guilt free and does as much good as it does to satisfy your sugar cravings.

Organic Turmeric is a spice popular in the Ayurvedic healing system and it is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties.  If you are looking for a healing pud which looks pretty too then give this delicious parfait a try.

Organic chia seed is popular for more than its unique texture.  Chia is high in a range of nutrients including magnesium which is often referred to as natures tranquilliser. It is necessary for the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and electrolyte balance. It is also needed for normal nervous system and muscle function.

Recipe for 4 portions
