The raw materials used by Forest Whole Foods are purchased from company approved suppliers.
Forest Whole Foods handle the following allergens:
• Gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soya, sesame and milk
• Where a product is described as gluten free we have declared it as gluten free and thus containing < 20ppm gluten.
Forest Whole Foods handle additional allergens as a result of supplier’s alibi labelling and they include:
• Celery, mustard & sulphites.
Full product specifications are supplied which state the deliberate and ‘may contains’ cross contamination of allergens present in the material. We hold additional specifications for our bulk products which may contain reduced allergens. Available on request.
Forest Whole Foods have systems in place to reduce the risk of contamination via production scheduling, cleaning scheduling and storage segregation.
Allergen contamination of our products can occur and we don’t provide any guarantees that our products will not contain traces.
