Pinhead is really good for enhancing the texture and nutritional value of soups, stews, haggis, black puddings and more. It can also be used to top pies, puddings, and crumbles.
You can use pinhead oatmeal to make a substantial porridge. You don’t need to soak the oatmeal overnight. It is best to cook in a saucepan and it does take longer than oat flakes.
