Organic wheat flakes are produced by steaming wheat and then flattening it into thin flakes. You can use wheat flakes in anything from muesli, granola, cakes, flapjacks, bread, cookies and more.

Forest Whole Foods handle additional allergens as a result of supplier’s alibi labelling and they include:

Full product specifications are supplied which state the deliberate and ‘may contains’ cross contamination of allergens present in the material. We hold additional specifications for our bulk products which may contain reduced allergens. Available on request.
